Migrate from Tavily or Exa

Keiro serves Tavily- and Exa-shaped endpoints. Change the base URL and the key, and your existing requests keep working.

Supported routes: Tavily `/search` and `/extract`; Exa `/search`, `/contents` and `/answer`.
